In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Consider the following:

  • If you are a student, teacher or employee of the University, you can use your username (without the @universidadean.edu.co suffix) and password to log on to the platform.
  • Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online, use "Check Ticket Status".
  • Remember to have all required documents and attach them to your application as needed.
